At SelfCare NaturAle, all products are handcrafted in small batches using natural ingredients. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our skincare and intimate wellness items, all intimate products, opened items, and used candles are final sale and non-returnable.

Refunds are only issued if you receive the wrong item or your order arrives damaged. To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping information, carrier delays, or packages marked as delivered. If you have any concerns, we’re happy to review your situation and assist within the terms of this policy.
